Luca Trappolin (University of Padova)
Ph.D., Sociologist, he is an Assistant Professor at the University of Padova (Italy), Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education and Applied Psychology (FISPPA), where he teaches Sociology of Differences. He also teaches Gender Studies at the Venice International University. He is a member of the Scientific Board of the Ph.D. School in Social Sciences, the Inter-Department Research Centre on Gender Studies (CIRSG) and the University Forum for Gender Politics and Studies. He is a member of the Editorial Board of AG–AboutGender, on-line International Journal on Gender Studies. His main fields of investigation are related to the social construction of homosexuality, the transformation of the family and the conflicts over gender identities.
